Marc Johnson, CPA, CFA

Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer

   

Marc is a professional accountant with over 28 years experience in accounting, corporate finance, and investment banking across the mining, metals and tech/telecom sectors. He is the former CFO of several TSX and TSXV-listed mining exploration and development companies including NextSource Materials Inc and Red Pine Exploration Inc.  

Richard Horne

Exploration Manager


Rick is a professional geologist with over 40 years combined years in geological research and mineral exploration, primarily in Nova Scotia, including regional mapping and deposit studies of the South Mountain Batholith, host to the East Kemptville deposit.  He has managed exploration programs from grass roots to NI 43-101 reporting and managed small-scale gold mining.

Michael Corey

Chair of the Board of Directors


Mike has over 35 years in the mineral exploration industry, including 25 years of international exploration and  the design/management of exploration programs from project generation to feasibility.  He has particular experience with  granite-related Sn-W-U deposits, Cu-Au porphyry and porphyry-related low/high sulphidation Au-Ag epithermal deposits.
